When you use Bangla Calendar 365, we want you to feel completely comfortable about what happens with your information. So let's be straightforward about it.

Honestly, we don't collect any personal information from you. There is no account, no sign-up, no login, and no form where you enter your name, email, phone number, or anything like that. You install the app and use it — that's it.

The app does download calendar data from our server (things like the Bangla month grid, festivals, and auspicious dates). This is just the app fetching the content it needs to show you the calendar, similar to how a news app loads articles. We don't track who is downloading it or store any information about you when this happens.

If you turn on notifications, the app sets up reminders directly on your phone for things like festival alerts and daily calendar events. These reminders are created and stored entirely on your own device. They never go through our servers, and we never see or store anything about them. You can turn notifications off at any time from inside the app's Settings screen.

This app shows ads through Google AdMob. Google's ad service may use a code on your device to show you ads that are more relevant to you. This is handled entirely by Google — we don't have access to any of that data ourselves. Here's exactly why the app asks for each permission, so there are no surprises:

Internet — To download the latest calendar data and settings from our server.

Network State — To check if your phone is connected to the internet before trying to download anything, so the app doesn't keep trying when there's no connection.

Post Notifications — To send you festival and event reminders if you've turned them on.

Schedule Exact Alarms — To deliver festival and event reminders at precisely the right time. Without this, Android may delay notifications by several minutes or hours to save battery.

Receive Boot Completed — When you restart your phone, this lets the app bring back your previously set reminders so they don't disappear after a restart.

That's the complete list. We don't use your camera, microphone, location, contacts, files, or any other part of your device.

The calendar data that the app downloads is saved on your phone so the app loads quickly without downloading everything again every time you open it. This is just the calendar content — months, dates, festivals — nothing personal about you.

This app is suitable for all ages and does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

If we ever make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Since we don't collect your contact details, we can't notify you directly — but any updates will always be available here and inside the app.
