About Us
Honestly, Bangla Calendar exists because we got tired of using ones that weren't good enough.
Every Bangla calendar website we tried was either packed with stuff you didn't need, nearly impossible to read on a phone, or not accurate enough to trust when it actually mattered — like confirming a date for a wedding or a religious ceremony. So at some point we just thought, let's build one properly.
What we wanted was something clean and fast, accurate enough to rely on, and easy to use on whatever device you happen to have in front of you — phone, tablet, desktop, doesn't matter.
What You'll Find Here
The calendar covers Bengali dates, Tithi, Nakshatra, Paksha, sunrise and sunset times, the Islamic Hijri date, seasons, festivals, and public holidays. Click or tap any date and you'll see a full breakdown — no hunting around.
The Shuvodinr section shows auspicious days for marriages, house warmings, Annaprashon, and similar occasions. We get a lot of visitors who come here specifically looking for this.
If you want a copy you can use offline, the download section has PDFs and high-resolution images for full years and individual months going back several years. Print them, share them, keep them on your phone — whatever's useful.
Our blog covers Bengali festivals, their background, and what they mean to communities across West Bengal, Tripura, Assam, and Bangladesh.
A Bit About Us
We're a small team. Keeping the dates accurate is something we genuinely care about — people arrange weddings, ceremonies, and all kinds of important events around a Panjika, so getting things right actually matters to us.
If you come across something that looks wrong or something you think we could do better, please do let us know. The Contact page is the easiest way to reach us.
Thanks for visiting.
